Who do you ship with?
We ship all our items out with Canada Post for regular mail or with UPS.
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the USA through Canada Post (regular post) and Canada, US and worldwide wherever UPS will deliver. We cannot ship to Russia and and Mexico due to customs issues.
If you are outside continental North America any order including liquids may be prohibited by your local laws, check before ordering. We are not responsible for shipments confiscated at customs.
What does my package look like?
Our packages are sent discreetly, with no company logos. The shipping label on your package only lists “Elastica Engineering”, with no description of items inside. The custom documents attached are electronic with UPS and are only viewed internally by us, our shipper and customs, however, Canada Post to the states will have a itemised list of it's contents on the box. We do try to keep things vague and list things as vanilla sounding as possible. IE. a sleepsack would be a rubber bag, a hood is categorised as a rubber Halloween mask etc.
How do you charge payment?
Payment is processed at check out, with “Elastica Engineering” listed on your Credit or Debit Card. We do not list Kink Engineering anywhere but on your packing slip which goes into your package.
When will I get my package?
As estimates, starting from the day after your shipping label is printed. Please pay attention to the shipping date on the e-mails we send you with your tracking numbers as they will tell you the shipping date of your packages. Canada Post only picks up once or twice a week from us:
Canada/USA: 1-14 days for Canada Post, 1 - 6 days for UPS
Internationally: 4-16 business days for UPS starting the day after your label is printed.
You will receive an e-mail through your provided e-mail address with a tracking number you can follow. Please ensure the email and address is correct before purchase. Shipping cannot be refunded once a shipping label is printed.
How can I ensure delivery?
Any order exceeding $300 may require a signature, feel free to call your local UPS to reschedule delivery dates and times. Orders under $300 do not require a signature and may be left at your front door. Please follow the tracking information sent to you via e-mail for shipping updates. If you need to reschedule a delivery please call UPS with your tracking number to do so.
Do you ship same day for sheeting/ supplies?
The turn around time for sheeting and crafting supplies is 1-5 days. Once you get the e-mail with the tracking number you know the package will be sent next day. Any sheeting/ supply orders attached to a gear order will be sent when the gear is ready-to-ship.

Final sale. There are no refunds on sheeting once cut from the roll or for crafting supplies.
Catsuits and Gear (VacBondage, Hoods, Sleepsacks, Bedding, Armbinders, Straightjackets, Inflatables)
Refunds/Cancellations:
All our items are bespoke to order. We can offer partial refunds up to 72 hours after an order is made. After the 72 hour mark we cannot offer any refunds/cancellations.
If you request a refund/cancellation before the 72 hour mark we will offer you a partial refund on your order equal to your order total minus a 5% refund fee to recoup the charges incurred from the credit card companies/PayPal. We apologise for the inconvenience, however, we are a small company and can not afford to loose money refunding orders.
If there is an error with your order please let us know immediately and we will troubleshoot the problem. All other returns are considered on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to 20% of the total as a restocking fee.
**If we require measurements from you to craft your order (Vacbeds, Catsuits, Sleepsacks, Custom hoods etc.) and you do not provide us with those measurements for over a year your order is marked as "Information Missing" and is archived. We will no longer be able to make your order for you and we will not refund your order. We send 4 measurement request/reminders to you (through the order messages and directly to the e-mail you provide us with during check out) and should you still not reach out to us with the necessary measurements your order goes into holding. This is sufficient reminding/warning/waiting from us that your order needs more information from you and orders over a year old from the purchase date will be closed without refund. Please make sure you provide us with all the measurements that we require to craft your order to prevent this from happening.
